  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Please schedule your service appointment on a day that is most available to you. We will contact you the day before your appointment to notify you of our 2 hour arrival window. If specific arrival times are required please address this when setting up the reservation. (Additional charges may apply)
  • What do I need to prepare for my delivery?
    Please have the delivery path and final location clear and ready for your new items. It is also a good idea to measure hallways, ceilings, elevators, stairwells, etc. The full delivery fee will be charged even if the merchandise does not fit. Any exceptions to normal delivery/assembly procedures should be addressed when making the reservation. (example: door/ handrail removal, multiple flights of stairs, hoisting, onsite moving, disposal, etc…). It will be at the driver’s discretion to proceed if additional services are required and have not been pre-arranged.
  • What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
    We understand that things can come up and plans may need to change. If you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact our office as soon as possible. Local service appointments should attempt to notify us by 10:00AM the day before your service date to avoid cancellation fees. Out of area service appointments or larger reservations over $500 should attempt to notify us by 10:00AM 2 days before the appointment date to avoid cancellation fees. (Cancellation fees are based on 50% of the total reservation amount)
  • How do i add services to my reservation?
    When setting up your order you will have a few options to ensure everything is set up exactly as you need. We offer a variety of options such as Assembly, Priority Time Reservations, Disposals, In-Home Moving, Door removal, and more. If you are interested in adding any these services to your order please let us know at the time your reservation is set up and we can be sure to set up your order accordingly.
  • How do I pay for my services?
    Our drivers are not equipped to collect payments other than gratuity. All service charges will need to be collected by our dispatch office prior to the reservation being set or billed to the store. If you would like to add additional services such as Priority Time Requests, Assembly, In-Home Moving, Disposal, Etc, please arrange this at the time the reservation is placed.
