Who we serve

Built around the people who move furniture for a living.

Interior designers & design firms

Multi-vendor residential and commercial projects, consolidated at one receiving address and installed on your schedule.

Retailers & showrooms

Overflow storage and last-mile delivery for furniture sold from the floor or ordered to spec.

Manufacturers & representatives

A Puget Sound receiving and delivery point for freight that cannot go straight to a customer.

Existing Stride clients

Book a delivery, check availability and review your project inventory through the client portal.

Where we focus, not where we stop. If furniture needs receiving, storing or installing anywhere in the Puget Sound, ask us.

How a shipment moves

You can see every stage.

01

Receive

We receive the shipment and match it to the project information provided.

02

Inspect

We document condition and photograph items according to the receiving scope.

03

Store

Items are labeled, stored and added to the client inventory portal.

04

Prepare

Assembly and pre-installation services are completed when requested and appropriate.

05

Deliver

The crew delivers and places items according to the confirmed work order.

TrackingEvery piece is scanned in, scanned out and photographed. The portal shows what we hold.

The part you were doing yourself.

What changes

The work that stops being yours.

Most of what a receiving warehouse is worth shows up as things you are no longer doing.

Before

Chasing six carriers

Every vendor on its own schedule, its own tracking number and its own excuse. Ship it all here and it becomes one address and one list.

Before

Meeting the truck yourself

No more holding a morning for a delivery window, or taking freight into a garage, an office or a job site that is not ready for it.

Before

Finding the damage on install day

It surfaces here instead, photographed on arrival, while there is still time to raise it with the vendor and reorder.

Before

Keeping the spreadsheet

The portal already knows what has landed, what is still outstanding and what each piece looks like. No one has to update it.

Before

A delivery every other week

One install day instead, with the pieces already assembled and checked, and the packaging leaving with the crew.

Before

Negotiating with the building

Docks, service elevators and access windows are worked out between our team and theirs, not left with you or your client.

When you are ready to start, we will ask for the shipping details, a purchase list and a target date — and take it from there.

What our clients say

The people who matter most.

Furniture delivered by Stride Logistics for Lisa in Issaquah
The team arrived on time and were extremely courteous throughout the day, even though it was a large/challenging install. We couldn't be happier with the experience and truly appreciate all of the hard work everyone put in.

Furniture delivered by Stride Logistics for Arlene in Seattle
Adielle & Evan were SO FANTASTIC. Can't thank them enough for their careful, meticulous work and willingness to help us position things correctly - incl very superheavy pieces. And the overall Stride communication throughout the whole proces was excellent. TYSM!!

Furniture delivered by Stride Logistics for Robbie in Seattle
These guys were AAA+++! As a design team, we move and install furniture a lot, and under many different circumstances. And the one thing you really want on your side is a smart and capable move team with a positive outlook and the ability to problem solve when challenges arise. I wish I could remember their names, but I’m terrible at that. I just can’t say enough about how impressed I was with their attitude and how they refused to give up until they found a solution to a tough installation environment. I would work with them any day. HUGE props!

We receive from anyone. We are used to the hard ones.
